A Coldplay Post
« on: October 17, 2003, 03:21:00 pm »
We haven't talked about Coldplay in a while (or maybe I missed it when I was travelling).

Here is the track list from their upcoming (Nov. 4 stateside) DVD/CD release:

 DVD:
 Politik
God Put A Smile Upon Your Face
A Rush of Blood To The Head
 Daylight
 Trouble
 One I Love
 Don't Panic
 Shiver
 See You Soon
 Everything's Not Lost
 Moses
 Yellow
 The Scientist
 Clocks
 In My Place
 Amsterdam
 Life Is For Living

 AUDIO CD:
 Politik
God Put A Smile Upon Your Face
A Rush Of Blood To The Head
 One I Love
 See You Soon
 Shiver
 Everything's Not Lost
 Moses
 Yellow
 Clocks
 In My Place
 Amsterdam

Filmed at Sydneyâ??s Horden Pavilion in July, Live 2003 captures Coldplay in all their globe-conquering glory. The spectacular footage, shot by acclaimed production company Done & Dusted on super 16 film, includes all the hits plus a new track â??Mosesâ?? and the lost classic â??See You Soonâ??, only previously available on Coldplayâ??s very first Parlophone release, â??The Blue Room EPâ??.

The DVD includes a 40 minute Tour Diary documentary, containing intimate behind the scenes footage filmed at various locations around the world (including Los Angeles, Denver, Madrid & London) over the last year. Completing the package is an audio CD of the concert.

In the U.K, the DVD will be available on two formats, a limited edition special pack including exclusive extras yet to be confirmed, as well as a standard double disc pack made of 100% recycled paper packaging.

It's nothing special really, but I am impressed at how they play the whole video backwards but the lip-sync is perfect!

It's classified Lilly.  I could tell but then I'd have too....

Actually, I was looking to see if the live version of "Moses" that is getting a lot of airplay in LA was available on the Coldplay web site and stumbled across the DVD/CD/Theater thing.  I wish I could tell you that it was my superior research skills but it was just dumb luck.  I'm on Coldplay's email list and I didn't see a thing about it.
