the newest issue of spin has a great article by chuck klosterman about the darkness. i think that they're really entertaining - especially since they really are serious. sometimes i don't want my music to be so straight-faced... we all need some british crazy rockers every once in a while. and i'm not talking about oasis. because they aren't crazy. they're just drunk. i might end up going to the show, just because it would be awesome.

depending on $$$ issues, I think I would probably go.  I heard just a bit on the MTV2 broadcast smack mentioned, and I digged the heavy guitar.  plus I love a dressed up band once and a while.  I think I would enjoy myself.  who wants to be my date?  :p
