ten films that define you as a generation
« on: July 16, 2008, 06:51:00 pm »
now i'm not talking about the classics that everybody labels as the best of all time (casablanca, gone with the wind, citizen kane, etc...).  i mean the films that you think are god, the films of your world that you can watch a thousand times and still watch again. the films that change you, emotionally effect you as you watch them.  the ones that define who you are.

in no order of importance is required.

 1. the goonies
 2. shawshank redemption
 3. empire of the sun
 4. pink floyd the wall
 5. the shining
 6. blue velvet
 7. heathers
 8. the lost boys
 9. the rocky horror picture show
 10.  dazed and confused

 *honorable mention - naked lunch
