the worst show i ever saw wasn't at 930 club it was at jaxx and the band was otep

the fucking bitch wouldn't shutup about the revolution and blah blah blah

but at 930 your friends enemies opened for dillinger escape plan and they were horrible
i felt the need to stuff a sock in the singer's mouth to get him to stop yelling like the little bitch that he is fuck that band
but dillinger and the locust fucking tore the place up

I have a friend whose major character flaw is an addiction to prog rock.  Anyway, he dragged me and another friend to see Geoff Tate (of Queensryche) solo.  The WORST show I've ever seen anywhere, period.

It's a toss up between Fatboy Slim and the Billy Bragg, "Let's kiss Guthries arse and sing his shite instead of my own great songs that mankie actually paid to listen to" tour.

Paddy Casey opening for the Pretenders.   Sean Lennon was pretty bad too.

I didn't care for Spiritualized either.  It sounded like they played the same song over and over again at a painful volume.

Remind me again what "show" there was to see when it was just some twat playing records?

I'll charge you $40 to come to my house every Saturday night and you can watch me put cd's in my stereo all night if you call that entertainment.

I'll even waive the service charge.

Liz Phair when she shared the bill with Jason Mraz.  She wasn't the worst performer I'd seen, but I was the most disappointed I'd ever been.  Then that Mraz fellow was just awful.

Only show I ever walked out (which I planned to stay for) was Cracker.  Just not my cup of tea; can't say they were horrid, except to my ears...

She drives me BATTY.  Can't stand the squirming/humping the piano bench bit.

Yes, Billy Bragg is so much better of a songwriter than Woddy Guthrie. That's why we sang "Help Save the Youth of America" when I was in grade school, and not "This Land is Your Land".
