A man is in love, how did I hear?
I heard him talk too much whenever you're near
He whispered your name when his eyes were closed
A man is in love and he knows

A man is in love, how did I guess?
I figuered it out while he was watching you dress
He'd give you his all, if you'd but agree
A man is in love and he's me
Is this what you sang to each other in the Royal Navy?

Since your mother cast her spell
Every kiss has left a bruise
Youâ??ve been raiding too much meaning from existence
Now your head is used and sore
And the forecast is for more
 Memories falling, like falling rain
 Falling rain

Every view they hold on youâ??s
 A piano, out of tune
 Youâ??re an angel
 Youâ??re a demon
 Youâ??re just human
Now your world has turned to trash
 Broken windows on the past
Take that child and teach him senseless
Damage the dream, damage the dream
I feel nothing, I feel nothing at all
 I feel nothing at all

 In this gloomy, haunted place
All the feelings are of shame
All the windows have been broken by the children
So the wind screams up the stairs
Slams the doors and rattles chairs
I wish we werenâ??t conceived in violence
Damage the dream, damage the dream
 The magic is broken
 The house is in ruins
 Your memoryâ??s one-sided
The side that youâ??re choosing feels nothing
 Feels nothing at all
 We feel nothing at all

as I am writing a review for this bands debut CD.
I can only think of springtime, driving with my arm out the window and singing at the top of my lungs

   The Soundtrack Of Our Lives

check bigyawn this week for my review, it might make you sick, this is the best album i have heard in years, maybe.

Do you mean Welcome to the Infant Freebase, from 1997?

Or do you mean the third album -- Behind the Music -- released in 2001 (2002 in the U.S.)?

If it's the latter, I agree.  It's one of the best albums of the last five years.  The debut album has it's moments, but overall it's kind of weak.

I was actually referring to the Infant Freebase, but i would agree that Behind the Music is almost as good.  That CD was in my car for almost a whole year.

Time will tell if i go back to Behind the Music.  I just love that band, though.
