helloo! my name is carly and i am in a band called slingshot dakota (on immigrant sun records).  we are a three piece made up of keyboard/guitar/drums and male/female vocals.  we have been likened to rainer maria and braid, but you can see for yourself at www.myspace.com/slingshotdakota.  
 
 we will be coming through the dc area on july 29th (a friday) but can't seem to find a house/venue. if anyone can help out, or point me in the directino of someone who can, that would be awesome!
