Arrrgh. We haven't received any of our mail since Wednesday. And I had to drive to a neighboring post office today to drop off outgoing mail so our bills are paid on time. Why? COVID outbreak has shut down my local post office.

Still using the mail to pay your bills
Do you record every transaction in you Checkbook register?

My wife took over our bill paying years ago. She's reasonably up to date technology wise, but there's at least one bill we still pay through the mail. Also, my dog license bill came, and they only accept checks.

There are a lot of old people in our neighborhood, I'm sure I'm not the only person who uses the mail for bill paying.

Mine is reported to be open now and they are trying to get caught up.

Apparently one of the workers at my post office who got it passed away. Sad.
