Will Call Question?

I apologize if this has been covered numerous times, but can I pick up tickets held at will call any time the box office is open? Do I have to wait until the day of the show?
 
 Any help would be appreciated.

According to a thread in the FAQ forum, you can pick up your tix any time the box office is open.  Bring your confirmation number.
