bye tooms....

He may not have posted much, but when he did, it was always interesting - cuz he only posted when he had something to say (unlike the rest of us...).  He's off to New York tomorrow, the Vicious City, Gotham, the city I love to visit but don't want to stay...
 
 Here's to a super happy life for tooms, and many, many visits back to D.C.
 
 If y'all see me out tomorrow (happy birthdday JAG!), I'll likely be quite, quite drunk.
 
 So what do *you* do when your favorite people move?

Tooms, hope you take a nice bite out of the Big Apple. Like Smackie and Psuedo Scouse, you can still very easily remain a part of this board and keep us in the know of the happenings up the road.
