I've never wondered about that to be honest.....but I did wonder the other day while sat out in my back garden. Why is it when you cut the grass the top of the grass blade is flat, but when it's time to cut the grass again it's turned all pointy??

Yeah, I've always wondered that myself. I'm sure lots of those blades are newer growth but what about all of those flatheads? Do they have a high rate of turn-over or something? Would think not though when you look at a few peoples lawns or some fields.
