 Evidently it only happened this week as the band member who was speaking on the radio said the band will make their official statement shortly. Of course, it could've been a recorded interview, but I didn't care enough to listen intently.

He's right. This was mentioned weeks ago in an interview the other founder did (don't know his name). And "mark" was 1 of the 2 founders, so it is a pretty big deal. Oh well....
