You go on vacation a lot.

Anybody going to New Order/Pet Shop Boys?

I picked the worst week to go on vacation. For the right price, I would have chosen to see New Order/PSB, Father John Misty, DCFC, and Laufey.

But instead I'll be hiking in the Southwest.

Travel is definitely one of my favorite pastimes. If I were single and/or wealthier and/or had more time, I'd do even more of it.

U should've sold the pit ticket to me....I saw a pit ticket this morning priced at $90 but couldn't justify with the additional $35 stubhub fee.  Was that your ticket?

Yeah…I will be going. Only been looking forward to this for two and a half years and will be in the pit right up front!!

New Order is pretty much my favorite band. And Pet Shop Boys not that far behind….and Paul Oakenfold is God. It’s quite the bill really…can’t wait..it’s going to be sick

Only minus is I will not be getting backstage or getting my records signed…dispiriting

Oh and I had an extra pit ticket cause my partner said no go and the two people I reached out to blew me off even though it was free. I listed it on stubhub but am feeling kind of down… I need new and younger friends. Anyways I will be flying solo…say hi

Going all out this week..

New Order/Pet Shop Boys
Yola (whose song "Diamond Studded Shoes" is seriously stuck in my head at the moment)
Heaven 17

Anyone know what the deal is on parking for NO/PSB neither Lot A or B are available on ticketmaster and the others two lots aren't an option.  Looks like they never updated it from the postponement..

If you look at the parking map Area B is the outer part of the mall where the office buildings are and Area A is in close to the venue.

The problem it appears is that if you follow the link from the Merriweather site to get the parking pass for this show it shows both Area's are sold out.  I think it's because the page for the parking passes is still marked as the event being postponed and they never updated it.

If you look at remaining events you can still get at least Area B for those show, so I think for tonight's show unless you got the pass when the show went on sale, you can't now.

Having never been to MPP since they changed all the parking up there, I have no idea if they even check for parking passes or just check to see if you have a ticket.

No clue on whether or not you can park at the mall other than what's outlined on their website.

Looks like Area C & D are only used for festivals..

If only Kosmo had thought to get a well-appointed room at the MERRIWEATHER LAKEHOUSE, a member of Marriott Bonvoy's Autograph Collection, conveniently located within walking distance of Merriweather Post Pavilion and with ample complimentary parking for guests!

Additionally,  the parking passes mean nothing at MPP, especially for shows that are 50% sold.

The lawn absolutely sells out and probably makes up for the majority of people attending

they don't check parking passes...just go early and park in that lot next to PNC Bank. The one that has like a second level.

Looks like an early show tonight at Merriweather (gates 5:30 show 6:30) - does anyone know who plays first, New Order or Pet Shop Boys?
