i've seen them both and they are both good, but fucked up will surely be more memorable. also, vivian girls seem like one of those bands where the more i read about them (interviews and such) the less i like them. that pitchfork q&a was awful, man.

Ha...yeah, it was like reading  a teenager's blog.  But then again, they've got to be pretty young, no?  I'd be there if it wasn't my wife's 30th.  Somehow, I'm not sure she'd be into that show...

they're old enough to be covered in tattoos, i know that. seriously, i was not expecting this charming little indie-pop band to be so inked up. it will be interesting to see who has a bigger rack, the bassist from vivian girls of the singer of fucked up.

Secret Machines anyone?  New album sounds heavy and psychedelic and the warm act TK Webb & The Visions are no slouches in the heavy department either....

The band has an interesting new set design this time out as well

I'd skip the Marnie Stern interview too.

I read that one.
Didn't think it was too bad.
Parts of it made her sound a lot like me which I found kinda funny.

Apparently, Fucked Up played a
  12-hour show
yesterday? That's insane!  Must be some kind of record.

Damn.

I'll probably be getting there at 7-ish.

I'm gonna have a lot of time to kill.

I'll be the guy standing in the front alone looking really bored. Come shoot the shit.
