Been a good year so far with some solid top to bottom albums and some with a tad to much filler...

 Top Shelf Drinks
 * The Sugarplastic - Will
 * De Novo Dahl - Cats & Kittens
 * Brendan Benson - The Alternative to Love
 * LCD Soundsystem
 * Nic Armstrong & The Thieves

 Call Drinks
 * Kaiser Chiefs
 * Do Me Bad Things
 * Bloc Party

 Well Drinks
 * Maximo Park
 * Danko Jones
 * The Dead 60's

 Best shows

 The Sugarplastic @ The Derby Club in LA
 Gang of Four @ Irving Plaza
 The Slickee Boys
 Bloc Party @ Black Cat
 De Novo Dahl @ The Warehouse

 On the Horizon... The Oranage Peels, Pernice Brothers, Teenage Fanclub, E.Joseph and Roger Joseph Manning Jr.

 The Roger Manning album "Solid State Warrior" which is currently only available for download via Weedshare, is the long lost Jellyfish album.  Not sure how if I'm totally ready to endorse Weedshare, which is a DRMed music download service.  In theory it's more artist oriented then say iTunes but the per track costs are pretty high ($1.25 per for the Manning tracks" nd as always seems to be the case for every Roger Manning, Imperial Team Demo available there are a pile of unknowns flogging their wares.  Besides there is no Mac support yet...

I thought this one might make it for me initially, but it's not holding up.

 I'll be getting Nic Armstrong after the KV stamp o' approval.

Anyone heard the Oneida "The Wedding"? People were raving about it on eMusic, so far it's strikes me as something some of ya'll would enjoy.

Loving their cd. Some people may be turned off by the vocals though

Sleater-Kinney's "The Woods" is the best album yet this year.

 Wilco at the 930 (in Jan? Feb?) was the best concert so far.
