Kaiser Chiefs Roll Call

Ill be there and I'm beyond excited to see another show at the 9:30. Last show was over a yaer ago - The English Beat - around St. Patty's Day. Lots of drunkenness, dancing our asses off.
 
 Hmmm Kaiser Chiefs could be just the same thing  
 
 And I could be there in June for BRMC. I love these Saturday night shows. Gives me an extra reason to make a return trip to DC

I'll be there. Kaiser Chiefs were fun last time I saw them there.  This will be my third show this week though so hopefully my hearing will return from last night in time for the Walkmen.

I didnt even realize the walkmen were opening. now im more thrilled. but im not a fan of the annuals. last time i saw them, it nearly put me to sleep.

I'm there! I'm guessing KC comes on around 11:45/midnight. And I'll be there for BRMC too (and lots in between).

im thinking 12:30 based on tonight's showtimes. And with 10pm doors first band wont be on till at least 10:30. Probably next band around 11:15. Just my guessing on prior set times.

I'll be there. I was at their last preformance at the 9:30 club and it was amazing. It was the first show I had ever been to at 9:30 club. It's special to me. One more day!

I'm still not sure whether tomorrow night is "available" for me to drive down or not.  And even if it turns out it is, while I wouldn't mind catching this show, I also wouldn't mind seeing Benjy Ferree at the Black Cat.  Decisions, decisions...

My short summary:
 
 Annuals - Didn't like them. All over the place in sound. When you there are two drum sets on stage, I expect something special. This wasn't.
 
 The Walkmen - I felt like they phoned it in. No personality whatsoever. Surprising since last time I saw them it was a passionate show.
 
 Kaiser Chiefs - Fantastic! Great energy, showmanship. Engaged the crowd and completely delivered on the sound.
