As Marvin Gay said, save the babies, save the babies.

I understand that that not all women are able to breastfeed for the amount of time that may be optimal. It's sad that we live in a society that doesn't always allow us to make the best decision for our kids. And hey, if a kid weens himself/herself at nine months, they're an exception to the rule, but god blessem, if they're ready, they're ready, I guess.

Please don't think that because I have strong opinions on the subject that it means I'm a "know it all". Being married to someone who is a big proponent of natural childbirth and breastfeeding on demand, I am pretty well informed on those topics. At least as well informed as Julian "No, really, I am hetero, see, I've got pics of hot 18 year olds on my hard drive to prove it" is about his fashion world, and Vansmack "boy am I a lucky guy to find a woman who would marry a 35 year old who plays with video games." is about his technology world.

I've been through this with 2 kids and had 2 vastly different experiences with each one, so stop actiing like such a know it all.

Don't know about you lot by my missus likes me to bite her nips!

And if they're milk teeth because they're supposed to tit-feed till they fall out, my son is almost 6 and just lost his first two.....I doubt he'd opt for breast milk over a Happy Meal at this point to be perfectly honest with you.

If you're missing as many teeth as most Brits, I can see why she wouldn't mind it.

Nipple biting is a no-no for both me and my daughter.

I don't care to have mine bitten either, in case you were wondering.
