BOth have played the 9:30 in the past and so I would guess there is a good chance of it coming by.

I am pretty sure GBV is not touring with Von Bondies in February, the guy who announces all of GBV's shows said they have no plans to tour for an extended period after January, so unless plans have changed in the last week or so, this does not look likely.

Realize that the girl guitarist was in Slumberparty who everyone hated opening for B&S recently.  Must say that in this band she rocks.

Don't know anything about Slumberparty but I do know that the Von Bondies are good, rocking Detroit Garage Rock. I'm hoping that they do come to town.
 
 On a side note, I'd love to know the reason behind this. (Sorry if it was posted elsewhere.)
