"Acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol products, relieves mild to moderate pain by elevating your body's overall pain threshold. Acetaminophen lowers your fever by helping your body eliminate excess heat."

That's bullshit.  Acetopinophen works by interrupting the production of acetocholine, a neurotransmitter.

alls i kno is ibuprofen and anti-inflammatories r 4 knee pain and any other joint or muscle conflagration. [english class was never my dangling participle]. tylenol doesnt do shot 4 my headaches. tyl/asp/caff does. but i think this is individualistic. 4 some it works. toothache? actually at dentist they giv u those horsepills of ibuprofen [800mg] or 4 ordinary pills. then again smack always works.

Tortoise is the name given to land-dwelling reptiles most of whose body is shielded by a special shell. Turtles and terrapins are the aquatic species.

Ok that is what I thought.

But I think boxwoods you get around here are land dwelling, but google seems to give more hits for boxwood turtle than boxwood tortoise.
