parking around the 930

i know there are multiple similar topics around, but i cant find them.  so, where is there free parking around the 930 club?  is it safe?  thanks.

8th and 9th streets north of V are the best spots but they go early. 8th is not as safe as 9th. If in doubt, just pay for parking. BUT do not pay for the lot at 8th and V. They are shady and unofficial. Our lot is behind the club on 9th.
