Sweet. Sounds like you're doing it the right way.
But I wonder if you'll get the whole redneck experience out there, with rednecks in the mens room saying they want to kill that faggot Jeff Gordon and his faggot buddy Jimmie Johnson.
But my favorite memory is the redneck Jarrett fan who was wandering the parking lot after the race, stumbling along so drunk that he finally collapsed and landed flat on his face near our car, and right next to a police officer who cuffed him and dragged him away. Classic.

Can't remember, is this your first race? I think you had said you had been to a road race before?
We had some thoughts of going to Lowes for the 600 Memorial Day Weekend, but Martinsville is just more feasible. Plus, I love the short track racing.
Wow - good memory. I have been to Sears Point and will be going back this June (it's about a half hour away from the new abode).
But Fontucky will be my first oval track. Better yet, I will be on the infield in a motorhome for the weekend (but I will miss most of the Busch race for Coachella). Despite enjoying the entire NASCAR experience in the infield, I would prefer a short track to the 2-mile oval anyday. [/b]
