I feel like a prophet. Grossman is awful.

And I seriously wonder if the Bears would have even made the playoffs in the AFC.

I wouldn't pat yourself on the back for predicting Grossman is awful and would fuck things up. That's not exactly a high-level prediction.

True dat - unless you did it on Oct 4.

Anyhow, I consider this the Blink theory in effect.  In the first instance is saw Sexy Rexy (preseason against the Niners, I thought, this guy's terrible).  Then I watched him play, definitely knew he could never win a Super Bowl, but by kick off I convinced myself that he might not make any mistakes and his team could come within 7 points.  God dammit. Trust the first 2 seconds - the kid just doesn't have it, and I lost my last NFL bet of the season.  Whore.

I knew the guy blew and I forgot all that I learned in the first 2 months of the season.  Sexy Rexy is an AWFUL QB.  Remind me again next year when the Bears clean up on the NFC Norse.

We missed the whole thing. But I did get a review secondhand from some guy on the Metro.

He told the woman sitting next to him, "I turned it over to the Halftime Show, and I'm glad I did. Because there was Prince, and he was doing well."

for the longest time I thought it was the Norris division because of the rough style of play that used to be common in the NHL's Norris Division, yeah I dont do football all that much

the NFL doesn't have relegation, but this might be the closest thing... rough.

Colts-Pats flexed to earlier time slot

NEW YORK -- That Indianapolis Colts-New England Patriots matchup that looked so attractive in the preseason is losing its prime-time slot.

With Indianapolis winless and Peyton Manning-less, the NFL already has decided to move the Dec. 4 game off "Sunday Night Football" under its flexible scheduling policy. The league will decide on a replacement by Nov. 22. The NFL said Tuesday that the game at New England would now be at 1 p.m. on CBS.

The critical NFC East matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants on Nov. 20 will remain on Sunday night on NBC. The Titans-Falcons game that day will move from 1 p.m. to 4:15 on CBS.

The NFL can use flexible scheduling starting in Week 10 to ensure meaningful matchups in high-profile time slots.

I gave up on the NFL last year.  It was a great decision.
