Hit the Caps game on Saturday. Was fairly surprised to see how few Pens fans there were. They were mostly confined to the nose bleeds, lots and lots of red in the stands. Nice to see DC fans stand strong instead of just selling the tickets and letting the hoard of Pitt fans takeover the phone booth.

Good luck, Minnesota.

He was rehired before I even heard he was fired.  Practically.

At least this time he didn't inherit a total dumpster fire.

Awesome to see 2 series go to game 7's. Hopefully Caps push a third series to a game 7  ;D

He was only unemployed for 48 hours when he went to Anaheim, so these eight days must have seemed like an eternity to him...

Fantastic gif response, btw.

Caps just really have to go out in extraordinary fashion every year. Can't believe THAT team lost to a glorified AHL team. Credit to Pitt, but god damn. Insane how flat the Caps came out of the gate. Holtby letting in a softie to start must have deflated them. Sheesh.

They had 6 rookies starting PLUS a rookie goalie making his 9th freaking playoff start. Not to mention their "big guys" barely even showing up to play in the series.
