My manager at work got one and hates it, back it goes.
If you want contacts calendar and mail look elsewhere. I also hear the web on it really sucks. It looks cute though.

STAY AWAY!
Great concept, bad execution. As a phone it's fine, but you can't surf the net for crap nor does email work very well.
I know a large number of Sprint users who are turnig their Instinct in for the HTC Touch Diamond.
