what in the hell is up with these ladybugs?

swarms of them.  everywhere in my yard.  they even seem to be trying to get inside like out of some horror movie.

same thing happened to a few people last year - Post had an article - except they definitely got inside the homes. (I've seen a few at work.)
 I think they are good luck. ;)

anyone else notice lots or robins showing up this year?  not just around my home in dc but also around my office in md. my coworker says he's had lots of them around his place too

i feed squirrels peanuts in my yard.  the other day they left some empty black walnut shells on my front door step, i guess as a thank you gift.  animals are smart and funny.

They are everywhere this year, huge numbers of em.  Man are they noisy when they are flying around. I thought that there was a cell phone vibrating somewhere and it was a big bomber of a stinkbug lumbering through the air in the living room.

They are not actual ladybugs.  Alot of them are really asian lady beetles (I realize this fact will incite many varied responses)

this italian guy told me the other day that he was moving out of brooklyn, because all these asian people were moving in and taking over all the neighborhoods and he did not like it.  i told him now you know what people felt like when all the italians moved into new york and took over everything.  he did not like that.
