But the biggest issue is a mug shot does not remotely mean you are guilty of said offense.

so lets say you do get arrested and a mug shot gets posted...could ruin your life and you may not have even been guilty

a certain ex-president would like to send you some literature and fundraising materials.

I just don’t understand what purpose it serves to make mug shots public.

Like if a person was arrested and ran away I would get it.

Take Scottie Scheffler’s mug shot….all charges were subsequently dropped cause the cop was out of line. But the mug shot was released
