It's a sort of band battle deal for locals...a bunch of bands play around and audition and stuff and those who qualify and sell enough tickets get to play a set at the club. Audience and panel votes, and the bands who qualify move up and up and up to finals and stuff. They used to hold it at Nation every year, but then they closed. Since it has seemed that 9:30 has held them.
