Oh my oh my.  That is the second best video ever.  That crazy David Haselhoff still wins in my book.

I just bought this at the Kemp Mill going out of business sale, and hate it. Do you think it has any chance of being a grower?

I hope so.

I've only given it one full listen and was underwhelmed.  It's got some strong parts, but lots of weak ones too.

See the "high strung and Brian Jonestown Massacre" thread -- I got four albums this weekend just because I'd read about them, and I really like them all.  Short reviews are in the other thread:

The Long Winters, "When I Pretend to
 Fall"

The High Strung, "These Are Good Times"

 Guster, "Keep it Together"

 The Tyde, "Twice"

Yes, I like the Pale Saints. "In Ribbons" is a really good dream-pop CD.

I have the first album and it didnt make a really strong impression on me. This will be the stimulus to try again.

But I was just surprised pale saints were kind of obscure and overshadowed by their labelmates.
