When did it become the four green fields?

Or was this a topic already as well?

When I left Christy was in the process of selling the DC bar to his brother, Frank, but he was bitching about lawyers last I talked to him.

Perhaps that deal is finished or perhaps that deal fell through.  If the Fall's Church one is still the 4P's, you can assume Christy sold the joint and the new owners had to change the name to not confuse the Falls Church issue.  Maybe Andy finally saved up enough money to join Frank.

Actually, Andy's trying to open a bar across the street from the 9:30.

 How sweet would that be?

Hey, help him out with the Permits and voice your support - that would be a great place to pre-party!

I'm not following their page entirely. Are they having problems getting the liquor permit?

Sounds like it's all noise oriented, but I can't be sure.  I shot Andy an email to find out more info.

They (the neighbors) don't seem to want a patio adjoining the bar due to excessive noise and the noise that comes with a bar.

Oh, OK. But they're up and running as a restaurant of sorts? I hope they get it worked out, that'd be nice. DC9 is good though, watered down drinks aside.

close enough.  when they sold the falls church 4P's, the naming rights went with the falls church bar and the new owners (even though the d.c. one is the original).
