Cell - They don't actually use laptops and you don't go for JUST seeing them live you go for the experience, when you get down to it it IS just 2 guys standing on stage having a great time making people dance. ANd why hate on a genre of music made SOULY for the purpose of making people dance?
they definitely use laptops in their live sets. i should know,
i saw them back in october  they sometimes do DJ sets, but as far as i know this tour is a "live set".
chill. i'm not hating, i
love dance music. hell, i've gotten on planes to see electronic acts and djs. as i wrote in my review of the T5 show (SEARCH FUNCTION, PLEASE), justice need to turn it up a notch visually if they want to widen their appeal. if they were playing in an un-packed warehouse, their show would be awesome b/c there would be room to dance. instead, i fear the 930 is going to be packed full and you won't have much space to move. so: can't really dance (frustrating), not much/enough going on on stage (visually boring)... now do you see how this might not be the most compelling show for a non-fan?
it's a dance act in a rock'n'roll outfit, and my complaint is that it could be a lot better. other electronic acts can go beyond "just 2 guys standing on stage having a great time making people dance", why can't justice? that being said, i'll be there. i really like their music.

Seriously? It's a party genre and if you're not gonna take it in for what it is then that's that.
excellent argument.
