first of all if we're talking about wmata, how is it a stretch to talk about an area serviced by that authority as being dc? you made the right assumptions, so obviously you knew what i was talking about, except you left out the people that work in tysons/reston/herndon/dulles, which really is more important than the people that live there (and i dont see how "i see a better argument for all of those offices in the tysons/reston/herndon/dulles area needing metro service" is unclear)

right right, you live in the city, screw everyone else. you sold me, i'd hate for farmers in ashburn to infest your city. metro should be for only native washingtonians. heaven forbid we should try to make the dc area better

WMATA provides *bus* service, aka "public transportation," to  dulles, tysons, etc:
