Defend?  Is that a legal term?  Do I have to use multiple paragraphs?  Bite me, Hoya.  You're a rude little pric* and I'm not interesting in dueling with you on line any more TODAY....but feel free to keep up your obsessive quest to get in the last word.  It's an important part of your legal training.

you know i thought the same thing about KOL seeing them live awhile back. This whole they only listened to 60's and 70's music is baloney, i also heard alot more Tom Petty than anything else from them.  and a sort of a follow on to one of Ms. Sushi's comment, i thought it was odd for them to take the time to tune a guitar between songs of thier two song encore.  it's rock n' roll who is going to care if your slightly out of tune, kinda killed any momentum they had going too.

Don't start slamming the lawyers now.  The board is infested with them and those in training.

i'm fairly certain that members of all three bands and their crews were in the backbar after the show at one point or another.

I didn't make the story up; a couple of your staffers told me.
the party was planned and announced before doors to the staph, long before any secret service people showed up.  very few members of the staph even knew the twins were in the club.  at no point was anyone on staph told that the secret service had "seized" the backbar.  i am the one that made the decision to close it off when we did.  be pissed at me if you really need to be pissed.

If it was a KOL private party, perhaps you could have put the NO ADMIT sign up earlier in the evening so none of us would have planned to meet up down there later...you also have a website updated daily where it might be considerate to post such notices.
there are various areas of the club that can be open to the public or restricted at just about any time during the night.  at most sold out shows, people complain that the vip area is roped off.  last night, it was open.  most nights the backbar is open, but sometimes we close it.  sometimes entire sections of the balcony are restricted.  sometimes, we even mark off areas of the floor with tape and keep people out of them.  we do not, and will not, post announcements every time we do so.  it's just not practical.

I'm sure DC9 appreciated the maneuver, however...

i'm sure they did.  we send them business all the time.

Perhaps next time, you can give the headliner the backbar, and us proles the green room...
there is no green room.  there are dressing rooms.  that's it.  no magical land of free flowing booze, sex, and drugs.

Last time KOL played 930, they had to mingle will all us nasty fans in the backbar.  They were so put out and snotty, I'm not surprised they asked for privacy...I think they'll get lots of it eventually     :D          :D          :D

i'm fairly certain that the majority of the passes for the aftershow were given out to fans in the crowd, not people on the guest list.  i saw a member of their crew handing them out throughout the night.  either way, it's up to them.  if they want to keep people away, they can choose to.  the repurcussions fall on them, and no one else.

the secret machines have a new EP out... it's the same same cover as the LP only done in black.  it has six songs on it.  which brings the SM discography in the US up two two albums and an EP.  One independently released one.  There a some European singles out there as well.

Look, gents, I'm a pretty liberal guy. Far be it from me to discuss what takes place between consenting adults in the privacy of their own laundry room, but can we keep the blatantly homoerotic stories off the fora? This is what Private Messaging is for, chaps.

Well in a way. I like pr0n that purports to be of celebrities, but it is in actuality not. It's an interesting linguistic formation, I'll grant you.
