$1.01 shows
« on: February 03, 2003, 10:24:00 pm »
I don't want to buy my ticket from TicketBastard cos it'll end up costing four times as much for the damn charges they put on, but I don't want to show up on the 23rd and have it sold out. I imagine Evanescense won't sell out, but do people generally get excited about a show for just a dollar and go anyway? Do they usually get pretty packed? Thanks!

Evansecence is a fantastic band and i dont see who would NOT pay $1 to see them. but since i live in Bmore and work 2 jobs, i bought 2 tickets for $12.27 and had my ass raped my tickets.com
thats what i get i suppose, but every time i wait til show date its sold out!! (see tonights show for ex.)
it was still $6 per ticket which aint bad. for convienence i suppose

The only $1 show I ever went to was Beth Orton with Kelly Willis. They just don't get artists like that for $1 any more.

I wonder if Sonick still thinks Evanescence is a fantastic band?

Hahaha...I was bored and digging through old threads a while ago and came across this one. I thought about bumping it for that exact reason but decided to spare him the embarrassment.
