Unclear. All Macs will be running intel soon, then no-one will want the G4's. Right now if you look at the apple store online its a bit odd looking, but the G4s are still there.

People expect the 15 inch powerbook G4 to come down in price substantially, but not the 17 inch.  At least not until there's an intel version.

No word, at least on a Apple based software version.  But if the software is universal anything is possible.

There was talk about Apple making their own DVR with the Intel chip however, but it was all speculation.

You mentioned something about FM and iPod.  What's the deal with this?  Will iPod have radio anytime soon?

OK, so there will be no radio IN the ipod, but you can tune a radio WITH the ipod.  What's the point of this?  That's useless.

Any rumors as to when sirius or xm will be installed in the ipod?  Or even a tuner for that matter?

 satellite radio...

I guess never. Apple wants to sell you the content. Apple does not play nice with others. Vansmack disagrees.

This is when I went into the hall, so I missed it.  I thought it was wireless, but turns out it's wired.  But I do believe that with this plug in you can listen to FM radio on your iPod, but not broadcast FM.

It would be no different than the Motorola Rokr deal, so it's not like there is no precedent.

And there's nothing to keep Apple from selling content even with Satellite radio.  I just think they're waiting to see the sales performance of the current portable satellite radios.  You can bet that XM and Sirius are knocking on the door though.
