 bottom line is that it's the 9:30 club website and if they feel that certain drivel should cease and desist it's there right.  and don't even bother trying to making it a free speech issue, because there isn't any on a private site.

Four of them are from Northern Ireland and one is from Scotland. They are based in Glasgow, Scotland. Their own myspace says Ireland, they  consider U2 to be one of their biggest influences, they record their albums in the West of Ireland, their website is a '.com' (not a '.co.uk') ...
 
 ... I think its safe to say they consider themselves to be Irish (and not British).
