tabaq is a little too fancy for my tastes generally, but it's worth checking out just for the rooftop deck (glass ceiling, nice view of the monument).

Busboys is pretty good. I checked it out when one of my pals started bartending there. They're only like 3 weeks old and already the place seems to be a buzz name. Good for them. Anyway, I dig it there cause they seem to make an effort to be community minded. Non-yuppie ownership/staff. Host a lot of artsy group meetings and events over the week. And I like the name.

I want to check out Tabaq Bistro next time in town. The review makes it sound like my sort of place.
