I better not tell my wife.  She'll take a whole week off work in preparation.  Why?  I don't know.  BRMC is good, but I need to hear a little "more" on their upcoming album.

It's good Myuman. Much like their first album but a little cleaner and a bit more timbre. My favorite song is Ha Ha High Babe which has stronger bass lines and is more Bluesy sounding. Most people like Stop or Heart & Soul, which are also good songs. The down side is that you can hear very distinct riffs from previous songs. If you don't let that bother you, it's good. My least favorite is And I'm Aching though still not bad. It's more acoustic sounding and just not as strong however, it's one of my friend's favorites.

Libertines at Black Cat, now BRMC at 9:30, i'm in 7th heaven....

Weird thing was, got an listserv email from both BRMC and Andrew W.K. saying basically the same thing...."we're putting our tickets on sale on the website first for the fans, so they can avoid extra charges", or something to that effect.  Coincidence?

Anyone else read the review of a recent BRMC show where Robert Turner kept jumping into the crowd and kissing girls? Sounds like they are jazzed about the new material!

The Warlocks are opening for BRMC's Irving Plaza show. Who knows if they will open in DC also... I have yet to see them (Warlocks), so I hope they do.

I checked out ordering tickets on BRMC's website. And I found that there is still a $3 "convenience" charge per ticket. Yeah, that is better than TicketMaster. But I was hoping for something more like $1 per transaction.
 Know what I mean?

Wait until the show is announced and then buy at the club box-office.
