 I'm just saying...
Maybe true but:

Seattle has won three of its last four season openers and holds a 6-1 all-time advantage on Tampa Bay, including a 23-7 win last Dec. 31, which clinched the NFC West title.

Now I know who the rich people on this list are.  They probably all went to good colleges, too.

If you have $100 to blow on a suicide pool, 6949, then:

1.)  I don't feel sorry for you for being an Eagles fan.

2.)  I don't feel sorry for what you're going to catch from Matt Leinert.

don't confuse willingness to gamble with wealth.  ever been to a casino?  ain't all rich folk there.

BTW, is your "They probably all went to good colleges, too" some sort of an indictment?  going to a good school is a bad thing?  people of less priviledged origins don't want to, and/or never do, go to good colleges?

EDIT: in order to get in on the walalce pity-train, i've just joined the side bet.  seems only fair, given that i've been pitying brian for a some time now.

You can see each week's deadline on the "my picks" page.

If you haven't picked for this week yet, you have about 19 minutes left.

1) I'm sorry that you weren't driven enough to attend and work your way through a good school.
 2) I'm sorry you're not in on the sidepot because I really want to take your cash.

sooooo... anyone pick the saints this week?

EDIT: just took a look at the board - answer would be "nope".  seth goes with oakland over detroit - gutsy.  saving the big guns for later in the fight?  two blanks - doesn't that mean they're out?  and two votes for MIN over ATL... not my first choice, but what do i know.

I picked MIN because I'm saving the good teams (ie EAGLES) for later.
