   I will say that it is hard to relate to the Hispanic population around here. its not like other minorities so much. they usually stick to themselves, speak no english and dont want anything to do with you.

 Has anyone heard much about community radio? There's an independent media thing in DC that is supposed to offer things involving it; I just heard of it last week ---  indymedia.org --- click on the DC section. They haven't gotten back to me so I don't know much about it, but it might be of interest for someone wanting to learn.

As a hispanic female, I've had plenty of white men say inappropriate things to me throughout the years. Does this cause me think that white men are fuckers? No of course not, I just think those particular guys are assholes.
