Elefant, Ambulance Ltd Roll Call

I like the Spree (in a live setting) a lot, but I love Ambulance much more. I will most definitely be at this show and at the front. The Ambulance album is still one of my favorite releases of the year.

Might be there...I generally don't do shows at the black cat but I'm willing to give it a shot for Ambulance LTD.  I can't get into Elefant at all...especially after seeing them open for Interpol.  Lose the rockstar ego.

Smackette thought that Diego's boyfriend, er, I mean Elefant's manager, was very pretty too, and much more talkative.  Diego was too busy hugging the boys in the front row to pay any attention to her.
 
 I enjoyed the performance (whihc it is - half music, half Diego's ego, but the musicianship is great) and would kill to see this double-billing.

 And I would guess that Ambulance will go on sometime between 9:30 and 10. But you'd better check with the Black Cat on that.

Nothing other than the fact that they didn't impress much when we saw them.  From what I remember, their songs sound like they would be improved by a different singer.  Also, they were one of those bands, at least to me, that sounded better in the studio than live.
