Alice Cooper..nice!!..a personal favorite of mine..I hear they are re-releasing about a dozen or so of his albums individually remastered in box set format sometime later this year.

how do you like "loss"?

I hated it the first couple of listens, but now its become one of my favourite albums.... I think its better than the just released followup "US"

Regarding Mull Historical Society: Loss

I must admit I haven't heard it yet...it is in the mail. Heard a couple of live songs on KEXP (check live archive) and was really impressed. I also have a soft spot for Scottish bands.

But the songs on KEXP were most likely off of his current album  "US". They have US in DCCD if you cant stand the wait.

If you like that you will probably like ballboy and delgados and possibly the postal service?

If you dont like loss at the start, persist with it, its worthwhile.

I saw that the tracks were from US but after reading reviews it sounded like Loss, as you have suggested, is a better album.

 Thanks for the recommendations.

did I say they were Scottish. By what "jadetree" logic did you come to conclusion.

Looks like "data" needs to be rebooted.

one of them has a name of two words also.... ha ha, that is really funny.

Jadetree have you thought that you might be German?

dont you think that if someone liked loss they might also like postal service? They are not even that similar, just quirky and semi electronic and similarly paced. But I bet if you liked one there is a very good chance you would like the other.....

your joke was really funny, Ja? Maybe yes, Maybe no, Ja?

Sorry whenever I think of nonsensical jokes and confusion when no one else finds them funny I think of Germans I have known. Apparently they are world renowned for their sense of humour and stand up comidiens, ja?

Rawr, I can't possibly concentrate on work if I look at the Hasselhoff pictures...

Bought the new Deftones yesterday (back on topic)...loving it.

I'm mostly German and often tell jokes that no one else thinks are funny.
