Kanopy, likely available via your local library system, really is treasure trove of music documentaries. Lots to choose from, including ones on local punk scene’s.
Today I watched
Pulp: A Film about Life, Death and Supermarkets it was filmed in Sheffield at the time of their prior last Uk in 2013. It’s as much about people of the city as that concert. Would recommend
Color Me Impressed which is the crowd funded oral history by the fans of The Replacements. It’s kinda of like a well done podcast with appearances by people who knew them in their early days, a number of the well known rock writers, bands influenced by them and just people who were fans. Obviously no involvement with the band and no rights secured for music, etc. I enjoyed it, but would think it’s for a more hardcore fan.
Wrapping up with Urgh! A Music War which of course captures live a lot of bands likely at their peak in the early 80s. And would to see getting to see Klaus Naomi live must have been a show to behold.
