If I were a SportsCenter announcer, my catch phrase for Vladdy would be "And the lord said, rise up and I will take you to the promise land"

 That's what MVP's do.

Congrat's Red Sox fans.  At least we put up a fight for the last few innings.  Sorry we couldn't make a better series of it, but you'll take the rest I'm sure.

Good luck the rest of the way.

i always just thought of Dodgers fans as just not caring, but they have shown themselves to be pretty classless by cheering whenever Cardinal players appear to be injured

at least the team has some class

Leave it to a Canadian to bring weird new civility to baseball.  I just read that the awkward hand shaking and hugs between the Dodgers and Cardinals after the series was Larry Walker's idea and Jim Tracy and Tony LaRussa agreed to it before the series.

Well I'm looking more forward to game 2, I never like anyone's chances when Schilling is pitching.

 Happy Canadian Thanksgiving, ya turkey!!!!!!!!!!!
