I'm all set...thanks everyone!  At this point, it's discouraging that I'm looking forward to Part Two of Dr. Phil's First Wives Club show this afternoon.   ;)

I'm kind of surprised that this show wasn't at the 9:30 because it appears that a lot of folks weren't able to get tickets (by looking at the bunnymen board). I know they won't play "Do It Clean", but I really am keeping my fingers crossed that they'll dust it off. God I love that song.

Are these guys enjoying something of a comeback?  Because I remember a decade or so ago, seeing them billed at, I kid you not, Scandals in Ocean City MD.

I don't remember that (maybe it was the ill-fated Echo lineup without Ian McCulloch). In any case, they're still solid (with the exception of the disastrous HFStival appearance).

I saw them at an HFS festival at RFK quite a while ago and an extremely sold out 9:30 club show for "Evergreen" probably in the mid 90's....it was the first time I had seen them since the legendary first ever D.C. show at the Bayou for "Crocodiles" in '81......I grabbed ticks for this show a long time ago when they first went on sale.......as a matter of fact,I forgot I had even bought them till a few weeks ago when I looked in my drawer......I'm hitting this show no doubt, even though people have wanted to buy these ticks from me.....should be fun....

Anyone know the set times? I tried calling the Black Cat but the person I talked to, although extremely polite, didn't seem to have the information. Also, does anyone know anything about the opener? Are they worth showing up early for? Or would my time be better spent drinking $2 Yuenglings at DC9 until the Bunnymen go on?

I listened to an Innaway song a while back and liked it enough to want to see them. Just did a quick search and came up with  this.

I think Innaway are pretty good. At least, their CD is good. Haven't seen them live but have heard good things. I'd get there early enough to see them if I were you.

They opened for The Brian Jonestown Massacre at DC9 last August so some people here have probably seen them, unless they are those idiots who think they are too cool to bother with the openers.    Other than not being able to get to a venue in time, I will never, ever understand that attitude. I've missed a few good ones in the past when I was unfortunate enough to be dependent on rides or being with a group of people who followed the headliners only rule, which really pissed me off. Ah, the advantages of going on your own and meeting up with friends once you are there.

NKOTB, 8:00's too early for me.  I'm sure you'll be able to sell your ticket...
