Jeter is from Kalamazoo, Michigan. And, with the exception of Bellhorn I have met them all on multiple occasions, so while I wouldn't say I know them, I would say that I can confirm that they are white trash.

so you like the Yankees because they are all fine educated upstanding citizens?

Don't call me an idiot.  Rob Neyer still thinks the Dodgers are a stronger team with out Guillermo Mota.  What do the numbers say?

Anyhow, my point was why even ask for a forfeit?  Have some compassion.  This entire nation shut down when NY was attacked on 9/11 and everyone gave NY as much time as they needed after the season resumed, why couldn't the Yankees give the Devil Rays 4 fucking hours?

Or maybe we can rent Pedro for a night, put him over the stadium and let his afro absorb all the water before it hits the ground.

If any of you are lucky enough to catch this game on ESPN2 tonight, when they talk about the race with Anaheim and the camera shows a guy with a shaved head wearing an Anaheim Jersey, that would be me.

Well, you technically you beat Texas and Anaheim in Boston.  But sweeping Anaheim in Boston and then possibly sweeping Oakland in Oakland, yes, that is very impressive.

 Jeff Nelson

He's from Catonsville, MD.  And unfortunately, his poor brother is a dead ringer for him too.

Ironically enough, Denny Neagle (Crofton, MD) has a brother that looks just like him as well.

Neither are twins, and I've witnessed occasions where both brothers have been asked for their autographs.

And I guess only a Red Sox fan would completely discard J. Stark's article, just based on the fact that they hate the Yankees.

At least the Red Sox look like dirtbags.
It may be un-rock and roll, but it is reminiscent of old school baseball.  Something missing these days, that is refreshing to see from time to time.  Like players wearing the high socks.  I'm feeling a little nostalgiac after catching "61*" on HBO tonite.
