We traveled up to see him at Carnegie Hall June 18, 2004...one of my most treasured concerts

Democrats should be very thankful for Perot, as I don't think Clinton would have been elected without him
although...there is “The Perot Myth”...so I've yet to dive deep into that to conclude that he wasn't a spoiler

Still will go down as the most impressive attempt of a 3rd party candidate ...19% of the popular vote!
Maybe Weld can learn a lot from Perot's campaign

I've seen a few Dem's I know post how they voted for Ross...
I'm actually kind of surprised, but he was Trump...with out all the insults and baggage
and obviously level headed
but he was no liberal, so not sure what the appeal was

I do think he was way ahead of his time on  the enactment of electronic direct democracy.
and the 3rd party insurgency really looked like 3rd parties might have a role in future elections

but he sounds pretty conservative to me
