I have to admit, I did not know who this person was. My first guess was Don Mattingly's wife.

Mike Huckaby - Detroit House and Techno DJ.  Bought lots of great records from him from my favorite record store  Record Time. He was in charge of the Dance Room there.

Wow I knew all about him dying but had not realized it was from covid


I used to shop at RTX in Fairfax all the time until it closed a month ago

Of course he had long ago sold it...how cool that he went back to dentistry in his 60s to pay for his kids college!


I remember though decades ago shopping there and I remember the old man with all that gray hair


Kudos to his family for bringing him home


Apparently if you buy a record and it has one of those “some surface noise” stickers on cover it came from one of his stores...

Definitely from all accounts a very interesting man
