Yet another HOFer - Joe Morgan.  Saw him inducted along with Jim Palmer.

This one hurts.  I have his autographed card from his Hall of Fame induction hanging in my office.  I met him many times through work and he was always great to me.

I am sure more knowledgeable people can tear him down but I love baseball and I really enjoyed games when he was announcing...

Could he have really been bad and worked as an announcer for 25 years?

Local broadcast announcing jobs are like SCOTUS seats -- they're given for life no matter how deplorable the individual. Ken "Hawk" Harrelson is the worst announcer maybe in the history of sport and he got 33 years calling the White Sox.

Joe Morgan was "meh" from an announcing standpoint. I never thought he was atrocious or anything.
