That price is such crap! Last time he played DAR Hall, it was for 45-55 bucks plus fees. I think i'm going to stick with what I have because I only payed a little less than that.

from true-to-you.net:
"We are now delighted to announce the final 30 shows of the tour, and, by the time it ends on the 4th of November, Morrissey will have played 167 shows over 21 months. These shows will be the last Morrissey will do for the foreseeable future. With that in mind, all of the venues have been specifically chosen, as they are small and intimate, where Morrissey can see the eyes of everyone in the audience, and those in attendance can be in the thick of it. The desire is to go out with some great memories for everyone, as who knows what the future will bring."

think he will retire after this?

I really hope not. I mean I don't mind waiting 5 years for him to do a show again. I just hope he doesn't just stop.

No, don't think so. It most likely means he won't perform for the next three or four years.

For all you fanatics . . .

Stalker alert: A film about the fan culture surrounding Smiths leader Morrissey titled Passions Just Like Mine has just completed filming. According to Urbancowgirlproductions.com, the feature-length documentary ??tells the story of how fan culture can manifest itself.
? Cameras follow Moz fanatics to Morrissey conventions and tribute shows as the filmmakers atempt to explain how people became completely obsessed with the singer.
Sounds kind of disturbing to us. Check out a clip  here.

Thank you for your patience while we have been working out a new date for the Morrissey concert originally scheduled for July 3rd. As you have not yet been refunded, you will have tickets for the new date if you choose. You MUST contact the box office by Wednesday, September 12th if you cannot make the new date of October 31st. The Baltimore Box Office will begin taking requests for refunds as well as questions regarding this at 5pm on Tuesday, September 4th.

Tickets are on sale for the Rams Head show now, but you need a password, and they only sent it to Rams Head ticket buyers.

So...if anyone has said password and would like to share it with a nice girl who bought her tickets from ticketmaster, please pm me.  Thanks.

Don't think it'll work for you.  They wouldn't know you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster.  Per RHL:

Please note that this pre-sale is EXCLUSIVELY for those patrons who purchased tickets to the previously scheduled show on July 3rd. Those persons either purchasing more than 4 tickets or that did not purchase tickets to the previously scheduled performance will have all orders created during this pre-sale canceled.

Wait - Does that mean the old tickets from RHL are no good and they need to be replaced with new ones?    I haven't seen any password yet.

Where did you see that?  I got the password and ordered tickets, and Rams Head can't tell me if my order will be cancelled or not.

 Jeebus this is complicated.

I just called and cancelled my order.  When I bought those tickets, there was no message anywhere that stated that...kind of stupid if you ask me.  oh well.  Looks like it'll be the DAR show for us!

I purchased my tickets originally from RHL and got a refund from them.  So that's why I got the email.  If you still have your originals you will get the new date unless you contact them and tell them you're not interested.  As far as I can tell this is only for people who got tix from RHL and not Ticketmaster.  I don't see how RHL would be able to verify if you got the tix elsewhere.

Ticketmaster automatically refunded the tickets.  We would've held onto them until it was officially cancelled.  So, that's why it sucks for those of us who bought tickets through ticketmaster.
