I don't have a ream of GBV myself. It helps that the first time I saw them was on a crazy Friday night, so I could get drunk along with the band (though not nearly as drunk, I assure you).
I have the newer albums -- Isolation Drills, Universal Truths and Earthquake Glue. Just picked up Bee Thousand, but haven't even listened to it. I'm not sure I would have dug a 3-hour show, by myself and sober, either.
I'm also not planning on 'catching' up and buying seven, eight or nine more GBV albums, much less all the Pollard output.
