I've got a friend in town, don't know if she'll be in to it.  I've been hearing about She Wants Revenge, so I may try to get us by.

yes in detroit when they were still the wildbunch and they stunk.... bottom of the friends of jack white barrel... the only good thing that could be going for them, if he too hasn't been kicked out, is that The lead guitarist of Brendan Benson's Wellfed Boys was in the band.  but knowing how often they replace band members probably still not on board.  they are the ultimate UK one-hit wonder, their hit single will appear on every Y2K compliations ad infinitum..

dunno...we've already gotten tickets, though.  She Wants Revenge are popping up EVERYWHERE lately, but they sound just like The Bravery/everyotherbandoutthere, to me.  but i've heard good things about their live performance, so, who knows...

I was going to check out the show...gotta give the fellow labelmates some support    I'm going to be up in Philly instead enjoying the missed live sounds of Tapping the Vein. It's been way too long since they've played a show and even longer since I've seen them.
